Go ahead and try this homemade remedy to see if it helps improve your well-being when you have a cold or sore throat. I have personally tried it a few different ways and recommend a gargle with each sip of the the tea. So I prefer that it isn’t too hot. I also like to have this tea every 2 hours when I am afflicted with a cold. You may be sick but try to enjoy this tea either hot or cold!

Having a grandchild in day care has meant that this little remedy has become essential in my household. Technically you can’t stop a cold or sore throat as once you notice the symptoms it’s too late. But that doesn’t mean you can’t find a way to naturally prevent the symptoms of colds and sore throats from worsening.

Give this recipe a go and see if you experience the benefits that I have.
